TECHNOLOGY (PRODUCT, OPERATIONS & STRATEGY)

This immersive experience is developed by practitioners from leading global technology companies and high-growth firms, focusing on non-technical roles such as product management, operations, and strategy.

Through interactive workshops and real-world case discussions, participants learn how tech organisations make decisions, prioritise trade-offs, and assess talent outside pure engineering tracks, providing clarity on career paths often poorly understood from the outside.
