ms. rEENA sAHOTA, esq
Founder & Programme Director
Ms. Sahota leads the design and delivery of Timeless’s UK university pathways, elite global careers programmes and speciality briefings and dialogues. She graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Arts in Classics from University College London and went on to graduate with an upper second-class in the Graduate Diploma in Law; followed by the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
She is dual-qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales and California, and previously worked at Latham & Watkins, advising on complex cross-border matters in elite private-sector environments. Her professional background spans corporate law, global professional culture, and early-career pathways within competitive institutions.
Ms. Sahota specialises in translating opaque academic and professional systems into clear, structured frameworks. Her work focuses on helping schools, faculty, and students understand how elite universities and careers actually operate, and how decisions are made in practice, with realism, clarity, and strategic intent.
She curates and synthesises practitioner insight across law, finance, consulting, technology, medicine, STEM, and applied AI into coherent programmes designed for institutional settings.

dr. AMAN SINGH, md
Medicine and HealthTech Programme Lead
Dr. Singh is a board-certified psychiatrist and an addiction medicine specialist, with extensive clinical and leadership experience within large, integrated healthcare systems.
He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology before earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Medical University of Lublin. He completed his psychiatry residency training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Peoria, followed by a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Singh has served as Assistant Chief of Psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest healthcare providers in the United States. His work spans clinical practice, medical leadership, ethics, and professional development within complex healthcare environments.
Dr. Singh contributes practitioner insight to Timeless’s medicine and HealthTech programmes, offering a grounded perspective on medical training, clinical reasoning, healthcare systems, and the realities of modern medical careers beyond academic study.
dr. sARVESH bHARWAJ, Phd, mba
STEM, Engineering & Applied AI Programme Lead
Sarvesh Bhardwaj is a senior technology leader with over 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud technologies across big tech, enterprise, and startup environments. He holds a PhD from Arizona State University and an MBA (with Honors) from The Wharton School, reflecting deep academic training alongside applied leadership experience.
He has led engineering and AI teams at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he launched and scaled major features within the Elastic MapReduce platform, including interactive and serverless data processing tools used at global scale. He is also the founder of Magna, an AI-driven education technology product applying machine learning to learning and assessment.
Sarvesh contributes practitioner insight to Timeless’s STEM, engineering, and applied AI programmes, with a particular focus on how technical careers function in practice, how product and engineering roles differ across organisations, and what distinguishes academic knowledge from professional competence in demanding technical environments.
